After landing and meeting the tour guide you will be transferred to your hotel.
On the way to the hotel you will have an orientation tour of the city walls of
Constantinople and the old city where your hotel is located; at the very heart
of 'the city of prosperity'. Check in and chill out. Dinner will be a nice opportunity
to have your first lecture and an insight of Turkey and tour itinerary.
The 2nd- day will be the day of exploring the highlights of Istanbul.
Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque,
Hippodrome are the major aspect of this day.
Lunch and The Military Museum visit including the Mehter concert;
the oldest military band of the world. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3- An early wake up and drive to Eceabat (Maydos) in order to start our boat tour around the Gallipoli peninsula; the Turkish defence starting from the 15th century castle Kilit Bahir (the Lock of the Sea),Morto Bay and the Turkish Memorial, Seddülbahir Castle and Cape Hellas, Krithia and finally to Anzac Cove for the unforgettable views of this icon from the boat. Lunch will be served on-board the boat, following lunch we will land on the shores of Anzac Cove as our Diggers in 1915. From here you can stand and offer your thoughts and respect to those hero's of the war. Check-in to hotel and overnight.
Day 4-We will start the day with a short drive to Lone Pine, make the legendary walk down to the cliffs to visit the Shell Green cemetery and proceed to the Shrapnel Gully
and Beach cemeteries by Anzac Cove.
Our 1915 Turkish army lunch will be served at the site. After lunch we will visit 57th Turkish Regiment Memorial, the Nek and Chunuk Bair . Dinner and overnight.
Day 5 -Travel to the tip of the peninsula visiting Krithia, Cape Hellas and Turkish Monument at Morto Bay. Lunch. Afternoon Travel to the city of Troy.
Day 6 -is a drive to Hellenistic and Roman Acropolis of Pergamon.
Lunch Visit famed Asclepion.
Dinner at the city of Izmir (Ancient Smyrna) and overnight.
Day 7- is the day of Ephesus. Lunch in the Precinct of the temple of Artemis,
The House of Virgin Mary
Dinner and overnight at the Double Tree Hotel at Kusadasi
Day 8- A leisurely day with a vineyard visit. A seafood dinner.
Day 9 -visit 'cotton white' terraces of Pamukkale; at the same time known as Hierapolis.
Drive to Antalya and visit the Antalya old city and harbour. Dinner and overnight.
Day 10- A drive over the Taurus mountains to the volcanic formations of Capadocia.
Lunch on route. Check in to a cave hotel and overnight.
Day 11 -Excursion of volcanic valleys and rock cut churches with frescoes.
Dinner at an underground restaurant with Turkish folk dance and a belly dancer.
Day 12 -Leisurely morning at the hotel.Afternoon jeep safari at the scenic valleys.
Turkish bath for to dust off.
Day 13 - Departure for Ankara Visit Mousoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Lunch at the Citadel
of Ankara Visit Museum of Anatolian Civilizations Overnight in Ankara
Day 14 -Drive back to Istanbul for a boat tour of Bosphorus.
Farewell dinner and overnight.
Day 15 -Transfer to the airport for the flight home
